CSR as an Organizational Culture

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an organizational culture based on the principle that business should operate responsibly, taking into account the interests of all its stakeholders — including employees, customers, investors, suppliers, business and social partners, society, and the natural environment. Our company consciously and actively engages in actions aligned with the CSR philosophy. We operate with respect to three key pillars: economic, social, and environmental impact. The idea of Corporate Social Responsibility is an integral part of our management strategy.

One of the most important areas of our CSR activity is environmental protection. We take action to reduce the amount of waste generated by our company and to limit energy and water consumption.
Our production facilities have implemented a waste segregation program, and we use energy-efficient devices and technologies. For example, our production machines are equipped with modern control systems that reduce energy usage.

In addition to environmental efforts, we are also committed to supporting social development. We support local communities by organizing and sponsoring cultural and sports events. We also collaborate with charitable organizations that help those in need.

Caring for both employee safety and environmental sustainability, our actions include: sustainable raw material management, waste sorting, and using renewable materials in the production of normobaric chambers.
We also engage in social impact by organizing awareness campaigns, lectures, and charity events.

Through these initiatives, we contribute to building a sustainable economic and social future.
